When we wanted to put our "1930s house" on Parkweg for sale, we didn't have to think long about the selling real estate agent. Jasper Caminada had helped us well with the purchase of this house 12 years ago and had meanwhile started an independent real estate agency with his colleague Tom Cees Doorschodt; C&D Brokerage.
Dozens of viewings
You can have a good real estate agent who is knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with, but that does not prevent the prevailing housing crisis. Despite the unfavorable housing market, we have had dozens of viewings. It showed that our home caught the eye of Funda, thanks to a thorough accompanying text, good photos and a service-oriented Real Estate Agency.
Enthusiasm
Although the many viewers were enthusiastic about our house, they wanted to sell their own home first, given the economic crisis. The necessary time therefore passed. It was up to Caminada & Doorschodt to continue to accompany all (follow-up) viewings with enthusiasm, to give us feedback and to give correct advice on pricing and adjustment within this rapidly changing market.
Calm and bold
When one of the interested buyers finally made an offer and the sale was closed, we decided to also choose this real estate agency for the purchase of our new home. Again to satisfaction. We found the peace and thoroughness of C&D Brokerage pleasant, and we were able to conclude a good agreement for all parties.
